The following information relates to you if your insurance policy was created via Sportscover Asia Pacific or Sportscover Australia Pty Ltd. If your policy was created via a different office you may contact your nearest Sportscover office or the insurance broker who arranged your policy.
All claims must be notified to Sportscover within 30 days of the accident, injury or damage occurring.
Complete the claim form, providing as much information as possible, and submit this to Sportscover Asia Pacific’s Claim’s Department:
You will then receive a claim number and Internet Access PIN.
Monitor the progress of your claim by entering your Claim Number and Internet Access PIN in the Claims Progress Login below.
